Sliderule Racing started as a play on words amongst a handful of motorcycle enthusiasts that were forming a race team in the Loudon Road Race series in 2001.

3 out of 4 of us came from an engineering background, so I coined the name “Sliderule Racing” and it stuck.

After the team slowed our racing efforts several years later, I retained the moniker as my primary internet presence and migrated it to the small business in ~2006 when I began selling Bridgeport CNC conversion plans.

In 2018, I was fortunate to apply my fabrication hobby skills  towards a real (albeit niche) demand for some Cobalt boat accessories.
